Cancellation policy

Patients are recommended to come in five minutes earlier than their scheduled time to prepare. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, their appointment will be canceled. However, in the event that there is still some time to do some areas we will do our best to accomplish what we can.

We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment by phone or text more than 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee. In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a 50% service charge for all late cancellations; please do cancel in advance.

Patients are also aware that they must be shaved before coming in for their appointments. If they are not shaved, they must reschedule and will be deemed as a late cancellation.

Packages are non-refundable and can not be transferred to anyone or any other area besides the ones agreed upon. At any time Laser Love can terminate this contract for any means.

Bundle purchases expire in 2 years time unless it is a 10 year guarantee purchase

Precautions

Patients are aware of our policy to avoid direct sunlight for the first two weeks before their appointment and after. This includes spray tanning or any type of tanning lotions.

Patients must notify us of any medications they are taking.

In House Financing

This plan is for those that cant get approved with Cherry financing. So we offer an in house financing plan specifically for you however we kindly ask that you please don't be late.

There is a $100 late fee for in house financing plans. No exceptions.
